JASEML -Journal of African Studies in Educational Management and Leadership is a scholarly peer-reviewed publication of the Kenya Association of Educational Administration and Management (KAEAM).  The online journal was established in May 2010 and is registered as ISSN 2078-7650 and the print version is registered as ISSN 2079-7133.  
JASEML is, therefore, a platform for disseminating research findings and opinion papers in selected thematic areas.  


Peer Review Policy
All articles in this journal have undergone thorough peer review, guided by initial editor inspection and refereeing by two anonymous reviewers.
Despite the fact that KAEAM values quality and puts a lot of effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in its publications, KAEAM and its agents cannot guarantee whatsoever the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the content for any purpose and disclaim all such representations and warranties whether expressed or implied to the maximum extent permitted by law.
